In case of an exchange for a different size or a different piece, contact us within 3 days post Delivery at exchange@veloce.in and we will book a return pickup against your order. The return shipping fee will be borne by the customer. Note that Exchanges will be processed only for the same amount as the original order value or a higher amount. Once we will receive the product, we will dispatch the new item within 2 days.
We do not accept returns. Please be sure of the size, fit, material, color before ordering (please read product description for all details)
If you have received a damaged product, we apologize. We are more than willing to help you out. Please click pictures and a video of the product and email to info@adiver.com. We will issue an exchange for your order.
All orders are weighed before dispatching, that’s why it is practically impossible to receive an empty parcel. Please do not create a false claim of empty package received just to get a refund or replacement. All such requests will be rejected.
Refund requests are not accepted in any manner. If you find any issues with your order, we will completely solve it through Exchanges
Orders once placed cannot be canceled. If you have ordered the wrong size product by mistake, you can simply email us at info@adiver.com to change it to the preferred size within 1 hour of placing your order and we will happily update it.
